Teamwork

This course is designed to provide the skills needed to work in a team  oriented environment, including an understanding of the team concept, the twelve characteristics of an effective team, and strategies for dealing with team conflict.  Course topics include benefits and pitfalls of team, four stages of team development, problem identification and internal and external customers, and an introduction to concurrent engineering.

Lunch provided. Food and drinks allowed.
