The Lean Manufacturing: A Roadmap to Excellence Course is a three-day activity based workshop that teaches participants how to apply Lean Manufacturing principles, practices, and techniques. Lean Manufacturing is a systematic method for eliminating waste, reducing variation, and adding value to processes in order to continually improve customer satisfaction. Processes covered include risk management, quality control, safety compliance, logistics & transporation, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. Participants can expect to be fully engaged while they experience the power and utility of Lean Manufacturing through group activities, case studies and simulations.
